By accessing or using HIX Protocol at aionzero.com ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AION Zero / HIX Protocol ("we," "us," "our").
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By proceeding, you confirm you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts of users found to be under 18. You are solely responsible for determining whether participating in cryptocurrency-related activities is legal in your jurisdiction.
Participation in HIX Protocol is entirely voluntary. By starting a recording session, you consent to the collection of motion sensor data (accelerometer and gyroscope readings) from your device for that session's duration. You may stop at any time.
Motion data you contribute becomes part of HIX Protocol's proprietary dataset. By submitting data, you grant HIX Protocol a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, aggregate, and distribute your anonymized motion data for research and commercial purposes, including sale to third parties.
We collect only: linear acceleration values (x, y, z axes), rotational rate values (alpha, beta, gamma), aggregated statistics per batch, session timestamp, task identifier, and your wallet address. We do not collect camera, microphone, precise GPS location, contacts, messages, or any other personal data.
Off-Chain Ledger Only: During the alpha testing period, HIX token allocations are recorded in an off-chain database only. No automatic token transfers occur. Allocation of HIX points does not constitute delivery of any cryptocurrency token, nor any promise or obligation to deliver tokens at any future date.
No Guarantee of Value: $HIX is a Solana token at contract address C5E921RSzVei45UwiaMvjhXwi5cuwqMd8fsjqFYepump. Cryptocurrency tokens may have no monetary value. Do not participate with financial expectations.
No Investment Contract: Earning HIX allocations does not constitute an investment contract, security, or financial instrument under any applicable law. HIX is a reward for voluntary data contribution.
Right to Modify: We reserve the right to adjust reward rates, daily caps, multipliers, distribution schedules, and token mechanics at any time without notice or liability.
The referral program awards HIX allocations to a referrer when a new user completes their first verified session using the referrer's code. Referral bonuses are off-chain ledger entries subject to the same alpha-period restrictions as all other allocations. We may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

All software, design, branding, and non-user-generated content is the exclusive property of AION Zero / HIX Protocol. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, trade secrets, or other proprietary materials.
The Service uses Supabase (database infrastructure), Netlify (hosting and serverless functions), and Pump.fun (token marketplace). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data loss, or changes to their offerings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY DATA, REWARD CALCULATIONS, OR ALLOCATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AION ZERO / HIX PROTOCOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF TOKENS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ANY FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AION Zero / HIX Protocol and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, accumulated HIX allocations may be forfeited. You may stop using the Service at any time.
